IAP2 USA Staff
Amelia is IAP2 USA’s part time Executive Manager. She is well known to many in the IAP2 family, having been the past interim Executive Director for the IAP2 Federation, a past International Board director, past president of IAP2 Canada and now a licensed IAP2 Trainer. She has been a leader in IAP2 for many years and has many IAP2 achievements including being a Core Value Awards winner.
Outside of her work with IAP2 Amelia is a consultation strategist, practitioner and IAF certified facilitator. Over the past nineteen years Amelia has been successfully involved in the development of significant policies, projects and plans from strategic design, to initiating and facilitating inclusive processes, and implementation. Her ultimate goal, with any project, is to find an innovative approach that supports both community and organizational values and objectives that leads to helpful deliverables and a positive outcome. Organizations might hold the pen or shovel, but everyone will live with and help fund the outcome – people must be involved. Her proudest accomplishments are her three daughters.
Dina is no stranger to the IAP2 family! She was first introduced to IAP2 in 2003 when she joined IAP2’s former management company as a membership coordinator. Over the next 11 years, Dina expanded her duties and responsibilities with IAP2 Federation eventually serving as Administrative Manager and Financial Manager. Dina left the IAP2 organization in 2014 to focus on her family and is a proud and devoted mom to her 4 year old son.
Dina is thrilled to be back with the IAP2 family. Her new role with IAP2 USA includes day-to-day financial management and reporting. She also assists with budget preparation and year-end financial statements and reporting. Dina works part-time for IAP2 USA as an independent contractor.

Anneliese provides freelance web-development and communications support to IAP2 USA & Canada. She has been with IAP2 since 2016. Her primary areas of interest are in rural community sustainability studies, and regenerative agriculture. She lives in rural Minnesota, farms with her husband using regenerative agriculture practices, and offers training to local small business owners on how to leverage online marketing strategies.
In her free-time she rides horses and does custom leather work.

Lauren joined IAP2 through our pilot of the Mentoring Program. Partnered with Board Member Kit Cole as her mentee, the two of them established the Greater Los Angeles Chapter together. Now living in Southwest Washington, Lauren translates her experience with new chapter start-up and small business development to coach our fledgling chapters through the steps to acheive full chapter status. Lauren also supports our Succession Planning Team with benchmarking and research.
