IAP2 USA Greater Los Angeles Chapter (Emerging): Outreach in the OC: Rail, Buses, Cars and PEOPLE!

This special meeting in Orange County is especially for our IAP2 USA members and friends in Orange County and those interested in learning more about IAP2 USA. We also encourage our friends from San Diego to join – and carpool!

The International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) USA leads, advances, and advocates for best practices in public participation; that includes: decision-oriented, objective-driven, and values-based public participation design.

The local representation of IAP2 USA in Southern California was first convened in June 2015 by Kit Cole, then the Director of Public Involvement and Education for Southern California Edison and presently the principal of Kit Cole Consulting. The group gathers colleagues for the sake of education and building relationships with others who value community engagement work in both the public and private sectors. Practitioners, conveners, hosts and those who value the impact of public participation practices are welcome to join in our meetings.
