This pandemic has completely redefined life for most of us, and if you're as exhausted as we are this special presentation is just what you need.

During this lunchtime presentation, we'll explore and discuss the effects of long-term stress on our bodies and strategies for building resilience. Together, we'll examine numerous stress-relief and burnout prevention strategies, mindset practices and engage in mindfulness and wellness planning exercises.

Join behavior and communication expert and coach, Dr. Kristin Meyer as we discuss how wellness strategies can help us restore our energy, strengthen our resilience and prepare for a better tomorrow.

Presenter Dr. Kristin Meyer

For nearly 15 years Dr. Kristin Meyer has served in leadership and management roles in academia, government and the private sector and know first-hand many of the challenges women face in the workplace. She understands that achieving goals takes more than a healthy dose of discipline and willpower. External factors like workplace dysfunction, discrimination or toxicity can sap motivation, just as self-doubt, perfectionism and fear of failure can create barriers to growth.

Through targeted coaching, guidance and evidence-based strategies, she partners with clients to clarify their priorities, identify their purpose and define their personal brand. Her doctorate and training in motivation and behavior psychology provide me with powerful approaches to help clients overcome challenges and experience career momentum and growth.
