Session Recordings

Even if you can’t join us live on May 6 and 7, 2026, we encourage you to register for the 2025 North American Conference Rewind. We know busy schedules and competing priorities can make it difficult to attend a live virtual event, which is why all registered attendees will receive access to the complete library of session recordings following the event. Your registration secures the full Conference Rewind experience, allowing you to engage with the insights, ideas, and practical takeaways on your own schedule and revisit the sessions that matter most to you.

Cancellation Policy

• All refund requests must be made in writing to info@iap2usa.org

• Refund requests made before April 31, 2026, will receive the full registration rate minus a 10% processing fee

• No refunds will be given after April 31, 2026

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant. Substitution requests must be received by May 1, 2026

Payment Policy

• Full payment must be received before the start of the event to confirm participation. 
• Please contact info@iap2usa.org if you will be paying by PO or check and will not be able to submit payment in advance of event.
• Your registration may be cancelled if payment has not been submitted and alternative arrangments have not been confirmed by IAP2 USA.

PLEASE NOTE: Our registration system requires that members log into the IAP2 USA website using their username and password. This allows us to maintain an accurate history of participation. Once logged in, the discounted registration rates for members will be available. We do not use registration codes for members - only international members of our other IAP2 affiliates
